GIGASET is an European leader in the DECT / Phones category.
Further to their plan to launch a strategic product accessories range, Time To Market was requested to study all possibilities to address the French Consumer Market and recommend the best solution to meet up their needs.
This 4 month mission was built within a mentoring program with the internal sales director: 1 meeting of 4 hours every 15 days.
Goal was to speed up a benchmark analysis of the competition and provideĀ the best practice on the market (4P strategy analysis).
As a conclusion, a distribution partner was recommended to perform the launch within the targeted priorities and with a price mix clearly defined.
