Marketing and Sales Strategy for POWERTEC Solar

Our client was the first player to imagine a USB portable solar charger in 2008…What if a portable solar panel could charge our electronics on the Go !

That’s how we met our client who was looking for strong analytics skills and speed of execution within the (consumer ?) Electronics  Market.

Our mission included contact with Asian facilities, visits and conducting of production selection and sourcing management.

We defined the whole marketing Mix for product launch first in Europe and then abroad.

We approached distribution throughout Electronics and Outdoor physical and digital channels

We listed the first products in 2010 within main Outdoor shops in France, participated to the main Outdoor exhibitions in Germany..

We  are now on the V3 of the onlineshops, selling monthly hundreds of products directly to Outdoor fans and professionals.

Up to date, more than 1M€ turnover…
